工艺流程

2. 气浮强化：调节池出水泵入溶气气浮机（DAF），高压溶气系统释放微米级气泡，吸附SS与油脂；同步投加PAC/PAM絮凝剂，形成大颗粒絮体快速上浮分离，SS及油脂去除率＞95%，COD削减40%以上。
3. 深度净化：气浮出水经多介质过滤器（石英砂+活性炭）吸附残留杂质，再通过紫外线消毒杀灭微生物，直接回用于清洗工序。
